Join us for a full day of love, from the comfort of your own home. Love is the sacred energy that sustains us, it is as necessary for our survival as air and water.
In this retreat we will connect to the source of love and relish in its light.
You will be guided in conversation, yoga asana, breathing exercises and meditation so that you may discover how to love yourself, and thus others, more fully and completely.

Love Uncovered Retreat schedule
Sunday, May 23rd

10:00 – 12:00 PST
Begin the day with a short discussion, meditation and yoga asana. The morning practice will be active and energizing (available for all levels). There’ll be some short breaks between the different practices.
2:00 – 4:00 PST
In the afternoon session there will be a talk about Love and what Yoga can teach us about expressing this love to ourselves and others. We will do some journaling and you will leave with concrete practices to draw into your daily life. There’ll be some short breaks between the different practices.
5:30 – 7:30 PST
We will finish the day with a slow restorative class, including guided Savasana to feed and fuel your soul with love..
This event will be live on Zoom. When you enroll (link to enrollment) you will be sent an email with the zoom link and details to help you prepare for the day. The email will have the subject At Home Retreat and come from email@example.com (please check your junk folder if you do not receive it. The retreat will be recorded and you will have access to the Retreat for 1 month, in case you want to re-do it or you cannot attend live. You do not need to attend the entire session.
We know this year has been difficult financially. We’re offering three payment options to make this retreat accessible to as many people as possible.
Love Uncovered & Fear Uncovered
These two retreats are individual however doing them both will lead to deeper understanding of the relationship of fear and love and how to transition into lead your life more from a place of love instead of fear.
