Face your fear head on and learn how to use your fear to your advantage. As
Jack Canfield said, ‘everything you want is on the other side of fear.” Join us
from the comfort and security of your own home as we gently discover what is
holding us back and how to release those fears.
You will be guided in conversation, yoga asana, breathing exercises and meditation so that you may uncover your fears and learn how to move through it.
Fear Uncovered Retreat schedule
Sunday, April 18th

10:00 – 12:00 PST
Begin the day with a short discussion, meditation and yoga asana. The morning practice will be active and energizing (available for all levels). There’ll be some short breaks between the different practices.
2:00 – 4:00 PST
In the afternoon session there will be a talk about Fear and what Yoga can teach us about overcoming fears that are holding us back. We will do some journaling and you will leave with concrete practices to draw into your daily life. There’ll be some short breaks between the different practices.
5:30 – 7:30 PST
We will finish the day with a slow restorative class, including guided Savasana to feed and fuel your soul with love.
This event will be live on Zoom. When you enroll (link to enrollment) you will be sent an email with the zoom link and details to help you prepare for the day. You do not need to attend the entire session.
The email will have the subject At Home Retreat and come from firstname.lastname@example.org (please check your junk folder if you do not receive it. The retreat will be recorded and you will have access to the Retreat for 1 month, in case you want to re-do it or you cannot attend live.
We know this year has been difficult financially. We’re offering three payment options to make this retreat accessible to as many people as possible.

These two retreats are individual however doing them both will lead to deeper understanding of the relationship of fear and love and how to transition into lead your life more from a place of love instead of fear.
